Returns

We hope you absolutely love your Gemineye pieces. However, if something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn and in their original condition
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty
Please contact us before returning your order so we can arrange the return for you

To start a return, please email general@gemineyejewellery.com or message us on Instagram @gemineyejewellery

We’ll then send you a QR code which can be scanned at your nearest InPost locker - no need to print anything

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note:

Refunds can take a few working days to appear depending on your bank/provider. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and we’ll make it right.
