Eligibility for Returns under our Refund Policy

Our refund policy allows returns within 7 days of receiving your purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Items should also be in their original packaging to ensure a smooth return process.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received, it will undergo an inspection. You will be notified via email about the status of your return and whether it has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, this may take a few days to reflect in your account.

For Sale Items and Refunds

Please note that our refund policy does not cover sale or discounted items. Only regular-priced products are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Refund Policy for Gift Purchases

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received and processed. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Refund Policy for Shipping and Return Costs

Under our refund policy, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you're returning an item valued over £75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

Processing Time and Exchanges

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for us to process your exchange or return. Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. Once the return is completed and processed, you will be updated with a notification of the outcome.
