Our refund policy allows returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Refund Policy for Shipping and Return Costs

All you need to do is take the parcel to your nearest drop-off location and have it scanned.
Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
