What is Gemineye jewellery made from?
All of our pieces are made from stainless steel with either 18k gold plating or 925 sterling silver - tarnish-free, waterproof and built to last.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn and in their original condition. Just drop us a message on Instagram @gemineyejewellery or email general@gemineyejewellery.com before sending anything back 🫶🏼
How do I return an item?
Simple - get in touch via Instagram DM or email and we'll send you a QR code for your nearest InPost locker. No printing needed, just scan and drop off ✨
Can I exchange an item for something else?
Yes! If you'd like to swap for a different piece just get in touch and we'll sort everything out for you 🫶🏼
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons we're unable to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty or incorrect. If you have any concerns about your earrings please get in touch and we'll do our best to help 💜
When will I receive my refund?
Once we've received and checked your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few working days 🫶🏼
How long will my order take to arrive?
All UK orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 5pm, and delivered within 3-6 working days 🫶🏼
